Kirsten Hume Scrimshaw joins CLEBC Employment Law Conference 2020

The annual CLEBC Employment Law Conference is a must-attend event for employment lawyers in British Columbia. This year, Founder and Partner Kirsten Hume Scrimshaw will be joining the distinguished faculty to speak about potential liability arising from pre-employment statements.


As well as addressing liability for the torts of negligent and fraudulent misrepresentation, Kirsten will address statutory requirements under the Employment Standards Act, and also issues related to the recoverability of aggravated and punitive damages.
